Absolutely loved this hotel!!! Not sure why it has such a low star. Very clean. Very professional environment. I had the deluxe king suite and it was very nice. Comfortable bed. Only 2 things was I expected it to have a jacuzzi being the king suite and the shower (no tub) was a joke. It had no water pressure like barley even a dribble. Worst shower I have ever used.

Great place to stay, will be back very soon.The staff was wonderful and the rooms were extremely clean.

I have always liked this hotel. The sister who served breakfast was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. There were hot food, fruit and waffles. There is Walgreens supermarket next to it, kogrer supermarket in the back, happy panda Chinese food opposite, and a nail shop, which is located at exit 7 is my favorite location. Free parking

The service is really great here as well as the cleanliness. The room is really spacious, it does not feel cramp like other motels/ hotels I have been to. Another thing I liked about this place is that on the third floor there is a guest laundry room where you go use the machines for a certain amount of quarters and you have to bring your own detergent. Because of COVID-19 they serve breakfast in paper bags which are available in between 6 - 9AM, said breakfast is a banana, bottle of water, and a NutriGrain bar. Overall, the stay here in Springhill Suties was really great everyone was frinedly and efficient, next time I comeback to Lexington I will for definitely book at this place again.
