Nice location, great a view! Good location for excursions like Chamonix, Sion or other towns nearby. Too bad the entry to the spa is not free, but the fees are reasonable. We definitely will be back.

This location is very far maybe 3 to 5 hour train ride to Zermatt, Interlaken. Additionally, you have to pay CHF 32 to enjoy the heated pool per person and more if you want to use more like sauna etc. The restaurant waiters were very unresponsive when it came time to paying. This place may be appropriate if you speak French and only want to enjoy the heated pool.

Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are dated. Carpets dirty. BUT THE WORST - my husband asked for an extra pillow - answer NO! No. They cannot do it despite the fact that a good 80% of the hotel is empty. A big No! We are still here right now but after one night we are looking elsewhere. They simply DO NOT CARE. only come for a day to enjoy the water.

very nice location with an excellent view on the valley, the mountains, and the surroundings. However, the isolation does not allow much flexibility in moving around. Activities and foods are limited to what the resort itself offers. Good for people who want some time to relax.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable and the setting was peaceful. We took the chairlift up to some hiking trails and good location near other attractions-Vevey, Zermatt, Evian, even drove to Jungfrau region and Bern. Would definitely return!

Les bains était mal entretenu, beaucoup d’installation était hors service. Le restaurant le de l’hôtel était joli, la nourriture excellente mais le service et le personnel catastrophique. Aucun professionnalisme… Bref ce lieu fut une grosse déception pour notre première visite…

Certes beaucoup à faire ou remettre en état mais ne lançons pas la pierre à cette nouvelle direction et son personnel qui à bien réagit positivement aux nombreuses critiques ils se donnent beaucoup de peine, acceptons ces quelques lacunes pour les encourager Bravo à tous

Das Hotel hätte wahnsinniges Potenzial. Die Zimmer - speziell das Bad - sind nicht sauber. Um 8.30 Uhr wurden wir vom Houskeeping geweckt. Obwohl wir die Türe nicht aufgemacht haben, versuchte die fleissige Dame noch mit dem Schlüssel reinzukommen. Um Gottesnamen wo bleibt da die Hotelführung? Mitarbeiterschulungen. Für 2 Nächte chf 500.- ist das Geld nicht wert. Im Restaurant ist der Service überfordert und dadurch nicht fähig freundlich zu sein. Hier fehlt es an Führungskompetenz und Verantwortung. Gesamtes Haus nicht gepflegt. Hier lässt man alles kaputt gehen. Sehr schade. Hier muss dringend etwas passieren.

Décevant d’année en année! Entretien des infrastructures quasi inexistants, tout est vieillissant et le prix ne correspond pas à ce qu’on a eu ! On sent le personnel dépassé par tout ce qui ne fonctionne pas bien dans l’établissement, et c’est bien dommage
