The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!

管家扎西服務細心面面俱到走進酒店是一家非常有特色的現代與藏式結合的酒店，門口有停車場，非常便利，周邊景點也很近，距離布達拉宮衹有一點4公里。房間裏是24小時供氧配備了智能系統，非常便捷科技，上面有觀景台可以看到布達拉宮，房間非常新，早餐也很豐富還有藏地早餐。

酒店非常乾淨衞生扎西面麪俱到房間裏是24小時供氧，供氧機是壁掛式彌散或鼻吸管均可，幾乎沒有噪音。自助洗衣房帶烘乾設備，房間乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，智能窗簾，有大的停車場交通方便還有觀景台看布宮，管家扎西特別好，有求必應。早餐豐富。

房間很乾凈，這裏看布達拉宮絕了。酒店恰在布宮右後方，窗台成了我的“專屬觀景台”：正午雲絮在白牆金頂上流動，像給千年宮殿蓋了床會呼吸的棉被；黃昏夕陽把紅宮染成蜜糖色，經幡被風掀起時，像無數雙手在為它鼓掌；夜幕燈光亮起的瞬間，整座宮殿突然“活”了——像停泊在夜色裏的古船，載着吐蕃王朝的故事，緩緩駛向現代拉薩的萬家燈火。送的餅乾味道特別棒，其他小零食也不錯！管家和前台服務熱情周到，來的時候快2點了，還沒吃飯，推薦的酒店右轉的第三家店鋪的小館子我特別滿意。

訂了拉薩這家檔次比較高的五星級酒店，酒店設施齊全房間很大，就是枕頭有點高睡着脖子不舒服，並且上客房樓上的標識不清楚，讓我們都走錯了又下到三樓大堂。被服務員帶進房間酒店不人性化，訂了帶早餐的房型，但是早上去吃硬是不讓吃，説是沒登記，那我們的早餐錢也不給退，感覺不合適！
