住這家酒店十分滿意 住着也很安心 環境優美 房間衞生乾淨 整潔 設施設備齊全 應有具有 一樓有洗衣服房 還有早餐也在一樓 酒店還免費提供洗衣液 真的很值得入住這家酒店 強力推薦給大家很贊👍🏻

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也很好，而且非常有禮貌，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，房間衞生乾淨 早餐種類和味道也都很好。
酒店有洗衣服的地方 還贈送免費的洗衣液 挺人性化的 反正都挺好的 一次非常好的入住體驗。

這個旅途還不錯的酒店，鬧中取靜，距離布達拉宮也近，整體入住感受令人非常滿意，從房間清潔度到床鋪舒適度，每個細節都很到位。服務人員態度熱情，細緻入微，讓我感到賓至如歸。早餐也非常不錯，品種比較豐富，在這個價格的性價比無話可説。

辦完入住手續直接出去逛了，回到酒店比較晚了，洗臉時候發現，沒有熱水，但因為太晚，也沒有聯繫前台，將就用涼水洗了臉，就睡了。早晨起來，發現房間沒有熱水，放了很久也不行，8點21與前台聯繫，被告知，沒人，修不了。後協商，給我換個房間洗下澡，同意。來到前台，給了房卡1115 ，進去後發現，根本就沒收拾，別的客人用過的。因為趕時間出發，不願意跟前台糾纏，忍了，沖忙洗個頭發，去趕早餐。早餐也是，頭天入住，根本沒主動給早餐卡，也沒告知需要用早餐卡，所以拿着房卡去了，説不讓吃，因為折騰洗澡的事兒，已經快到早餐結束時間了，就是不讓進，前台又恰好沒人，等了半天，才拿到早餐卡，進去被大姐“友善”提醒”，你快點，一會到點我們要收拾了🤣，還被兩個不同的服務員詢問，你早餐卡呢？（這時已經交過早餐卡了）😅。後來退房，與前台溝通了無熱水和提供未打掃房間給客人使用事宜，説明希望退賠房間費用。前台小哥倒是態度很好。自己趕時間，就先走了，後與攜程聯繫，溝通，酒店衹肯退賠一半房費，攜程補償30元消費券。説實話，不太滿意處理結果，但是也不想糾纏了。以後也不會再來住了，發出來就是希望能給友友們參考一下。另外希望攜程，嚴審酒店服務，再給推薦，這4.5的評分也不知道咋來的。替酒店背鍋，砸自己招牌😢

來的第一個晚上，入住半夜打不上氧，酒店説房間住滿了供不上氧，花錢住供氧房大半夜差的死房間，半夜**買氧氣本來連續入住第二天果斷退房！大家慎重考慮哈
