The newly delivered towels were thrown on our luggage very casually without courtesy. It was too casual and completely disrespectful to the guests. I ordered a cake for my birthday in the evening and ate it in the hotel. I left half of it unfinished and deposited it at the front desk. It was clearly written on the deposit slip that "needs to be refrigerated at 0-6 degrees", and I also verbally explained it 3 times. When I came to pick up the cake the next morning, it was frozen when I took it out. The cake was frozen into ice cubes and had to be thrown away. It was really speechless about the guy who deposited the cake yesterday... The mood of going out to play was almost ruined. The service quality of the staff of this Hilton really needs to be improved. It is strongly not recommended! I will never book this Hilton again!

I booked this hotel mainly for the flight to the Potala Palace, but was a little disappointed by the decoration there. The hotel is generally clean and sanitary, and the experience is good.

The girls at the front desk are very polite, and the deputy manager Xiao Qin provided great service from entering the store to checking out. If I have the opportunity to come to Lhasa, I will still choose Hilton Garden Inn.

I forgot to take pictures inside the hotel, but I stayed there for three days. It was very clean and easy to park. It had its own parking lot, which was much better than the next door Lavande. It was a good place to be quiet in a busy city. If you drive, I highly recommend Huanpeng. The service is still good.
