The room was clean, but the three-pin plug next to the desk was directly against the tabletop, so if you encounter a computer charging socket, you can't plug it in. The room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms clearly and I didn't know where the wind was coming from. I don't smoke, but for some reason there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I didn't know if it was from the air conditioner or from other people smoking in the corridor. If the hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel, its service may not even be as good as that of a three-star hotel or even a budget hotel. When I checked in, the front desk clerk had a cold face the whole time. He only said two sentences when confirming my order and asking me to pay by card. He didn't tell me what time breakfast started, where to eat, where the elevator was, etc. until I asked. When I checked out, they said I would have to wait half an hour for the invoice, but it was more than two hours after I left the hotel and nothing happened. 酒店總體不錯，衞生乾淨，環境好，服務態度好，但設施水平有待提高。電視有投屏功能卻無法實現投屏，工作人員來了也弄不了，浪費了較多時間。衞生間花灑噴水分叉。
