房間床單不乾淨廁所都是騷味一次性牙刷不齊上個客人用的牙刷包裝沒扔房間還有蟲子

比想象的差多了，電梯下到負一層，裏面好嚇人，過道的地毯好臟，房間衞生一般般，窗户外面是個過道的地方，不是外面，感覺有點恐怖😂

酒店服務態度差，沒有積極性，房間裏面的礦泉水還被上一個住客喝過，明顯被擰開，水少了一半，太噁心了，還有衞生間的毛巾臟兮兮的，也不知道哪來的污漬，這樣的酒店下次不會來了，體驗感極差！

四樓四樓房間有兩個噪音噪音非常厲害，惹得我們一晚上沒睡好，電梯的運行也不是很正常，而且商家知道。晚上的空調根本不管用，凍死我了，洗手間跟冰窖一樣非常涼。
