"每次出差旅遊首選全季酒。這次最後一站在淮安，查了機場附近最近的酒店居然有全季，而且還是全新的。果斷定了。 事實證明沒選錯，位置雖然偏了一點，但環境真不錯，無敵湖景房，前面是個公園，沒有遮擋，一望無際平原啊！ 前台小姐姐很熱情，看我東西多，叫來機器人幫忙送到客房。 客房環境衞生就不用多説，有輕微潔癖的我很滿意。 房間也夠大，還有小桌子，最可喜的就是還有泡茶茶具，對於愛喝茶的我簡直驚喜。還有給水很大方，8瓶啊！ 另外還可以接送機服務，很貼心的服務。 早餐也很豐盛，基本上都有。還有蘇式紅湯麪，孩子喜歡。 説這麼多優點，總有一些不足之處。 那就是司機小哥哥不夠熱情和細心，我帶着孩子，一個行李箱，兩個書包，小哥哥進來大廳示意我車到了，就返回車裡等着，絲毫沒有幫忙拿行李上車的意思，到機場也是沒有任何幫忙的操作，全程我自己搬行李😅這一點我覺得就有欠缺了。希望酒店可以加強員工培訓。"

When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution. The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy. His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying.
