After checking in today, the tall and pretty lady at the front desk had a very good attitude. I wanted to ask if the front desk sold any warm baby packs, and the lady said the hotel didn't sell any, but she gave me two of her own. I was so touched, and I hope that people with such good service attitudes can be noticed! I will stay here again if I have the chance!

因為豪華標間有異味，到店升級了，湖景房，房間大，無線網絡信號強，穩定。衞生間馬桶是智能的，坐上不涼。可以看見樓下停車場和湖，這是不錯的。服務也是不錯的，洗漱供應充足，人員有禮貌。早餐品種比較豐富，在春節期間屬實不易。 不足之處：1.前兩天的水温不好調節，好在掛機空調給力，水放久一點，温度大人可以接受，但是帶小朋友的話就不要冒險沖淋洗浴了，容易着涼。第三天時水温高了，可以調節，但是精準度有點難，開關在同一個位置不動，放下來的水，一陣涼水，一陣又燙了，給孩子洗澡還是有點痛苦😣。沒敢給孩子洗頭，糊弄糊弄就過去了。回家幾乎都住的德潤，水温問題，之前也遇到過，看來是沒能很好徹底解決。2.衞生間洗手枱下面的下水道反臭，味道有點大。3.一直吐槽的牙刷梳子，牙刷早就換了可以接受的比較軟的軟毛牙刷了，梳子一直沒換，還是那麼難用，兩節式的，一梳就分家了，雙排的那節根本沒法用的，梳三毛可以的，趕緊換合作伙伴吧！哪個酒店還用這種梳子啊😂 4.最重要的一點！也是這次體驗最差的一次！滿酒店都是煙酒味！電梯裏也是！隔壁屋竟然抽煙，有天出房間門就遇見隔壁屋三個男性青年，抽着煙出了屋。走道里電梯裏隨意抽煙。。。這就呼應上為什麼給我升級房間了，因為豪華標間味道太大，我當天入住時，估計味道挺大，詢問我們是否需要上去看看。我先生反應很快，酒店方都主動説有味道了，我們肯定是不能接受的。 雖是春節，有禮尚往來的親朋好友，但是公共場所該遵守的規定還是應該遵守的，我該感慨，家鄉人太熱情？還是素質不高？ 這個問題需要酒店方和住客一起解決吧。酒店方加強管理，住客也應提高自身素質！ 5.放寒假前回去過一次住了一晚，有甜品水果！這次春節回去，三個晚上竟然什麼都沒有了！

酒店非常好，環境很好。酒店裝修風格比較簡約大氣，大廳還提供免費的咖啡機給客人使用，真的很方便。餐廳的早餐很豐富還有現包的餛飩值得品嚐。房間很寬敞，酒店的被子很舒服很軟。服務員很有禮貌看見我還主動打招呼，前台的小姐姐們更不用説了，非常有禮貌很熱情。安排了安靜寬敞的房間，這次住的很滿意。下次來漣水還會選擇他們家。值得推薦！
