酒店地理位置還不錯，去連島十公里左右，離連雲港東四公里，下樓就是小吃街。小吃街的麻辣燙和涼皮涼皮，還有菜煎餅很好吃，有個豆漿店還是現打的豆漿。走幾分鐘就可以到海鮮城，後面不遠就是海鮮菜市場。

五一假期裏，全國就沒有不擠不漲價的旅遊城市了...這家算是價格非常合理的了，位置也真的很好，就在網紅左心房對面，出門十分鐘步行到嘉瑞寶或海棠中路的海鮮飯店、棲霞路步行街、到市區或連島的BRT。服務人員也很熱情，每天幫忙留好停車場的車位，房間裏也會擺上小零食。剛熱起來的網紅城市，總要段時間再調整一下。

非常不錯，價格實惠，服務態度很好，過去早了還提前給我們辦理了入住，房間和衞生間都很乾凈，窗簾也是自動的，遮光效果超級好，還有免費的洗衣房，很滿意的一次住宿

停車無憂，周邊便利，景點多，房間寬敞，服務優秀，唯一遺憾隔音較差。綜合下來，還是很推薦的。
1. 酒店位置明確，招牌臨街，很好找。後院可以停車，車位充足。每次出去之前，需要到前台掃碼。
2. 步行400米就是海鮮市場，也有賣蔬菜水果，還有一個大超市。旁邊還有個小吃街。
3. 八層有兩台洗衣機，都是洗烘一體的。
4. 房間寬敞乾淨，佈局合理。有小度，可以幫忙關燈拉窗簾之類的。窗外很安靜，但樓道或牆壁隔音都不太行，可以清楚聽到咳嗽和關門的聲音。
5. 衞生間乾濕分離，水流挺大也挺熱的。就是馬桶在門後，容易磕碰。
6. 服務很好，每次微信回覆都很快。當面諮詢問題，也都非常順暢。對於隔音不好問題，也有提出可以換房間。還送了小禮品表示歉意。
7. 周邊景點很多，在海一方、北固山都在三公里以內，連島、羊山島、雲台山、老街也不太遠。

衞生：還不錯，比較乾淨
環境：周邊生活很方便，旁邊吃飯的店很多，大店小店都有，隔壁是一條小吃街（商業小吃街）
