The hotel is located in Lianyungang Old Street, very quiet. The hotel is designed in the style of the Republic of China, with a comfortable environment and good service. The house is clean and tidy, the speakers on the wall and the pure music played are very comfortable. Overall very satisfied. The only downside is that there is no mosquito repellent, or we didn't find it, and the child was bitten by mosquitoes at night, which was a bit serious. Everything else is fine.

關鍵路口其它酒店一眼就可以看到，衹有朱家大院的指引牌燈不亮，費了好大勁才找到，民國風的設計不錯，電話枱燈壁燈地板門廳都很有味道，衞生不錯，衞浴很現代化，電動窗簾，智能馬桶是亮點，還有一個小陽台，價格可以接受，有機會再來。老街附近有連運站，最早的隴海線東部起點，新歐亞大陸橋起點標誌，隴海鐵路歷史博物館，老街民俗館，西遊記博物館，帶孩子來看看還是很有收穫的。

酒店位置很好，周圍方便停車，衞生乾淨，環境很好，家庭旅遊訂了一間標間一間複式，房間都很大，最主要的是冬天酒店空調很足，是這次旅行住的最舒心的一個酒店，酒店門口有輛吉普車，可以上去拍照，酒店老闆人也超好，真心推薦，同樣的價格比連島的酒店不知好了幾倍

遠離城市的喧囂，難得遇到這麼好的房間，非常的有感覺！一家四口！來連雲港玩選擇了老街的這家賓館，一開始看裝修以為會有點舊，但是超乎預期，再逛一逛這些有感覺的街道，是這趟行程中最棒的，比連島上強太多了。性價比也高。總之值得推薦。

不同於全國各地新建的“古鎮”，連雲港的老街不是噱頭，每個建築都有厚重的歷史感，也能從他的介紹中看到過去的歷史，朱家大院也是其中的一員，裝修很應景，很符合老街1933的年代感和主題！
和父母一起帶狗狗過來住，家庭房很方便，老街可以逛一天，落日時分記得去山頂看日落，很愜意～

環境很不錯 老街風格，很有特色，但是衞生一般般，房間內有蜘蛛網，房間門沒電了打不開，上上下下搞好多次去前台刷卡還是打不開，最後衹能用鑰匙開。房間內沒有客房電話，需要找前台都得下樓找，不方便
