第一次住這個酒店，看着背靠景江，但衞生太差了。入住時前台説房卡機壞了，衹能保安給開門，等把行李拿上去發現給安排了一間衹有半個窗户的房間，換房等了二十多分鐘，房間設施還可以，但衞生太差了！電視遙控器上有一些不明白色物體，由於前面等換房很累了，想着衹住一晚就自己清理了一下，實在是有點噁心！！！非常不推薦，還有就是地下停車非常不方便，拉着行李需要換電梯，設計不合理。

維也納是酒店中的翹楚，尤其是這家新開的東方領秀店，裝修豪華，時尚簡約，乾淨整潔衞生，比家庭豪華套房都高檔有賓至如歸的感覺，特別是服務，前台服務一流，給我主動升級，喝的是農夫山泉，更加考慮客人需求和健康！太感謝了😊

非常滿意，七月剛開的酒店，設施是我住過那麼多維也納相對最好的，服務態度維也納一直都是很到位的，不管是前台還是客房服務都是非常到位的，在這裏我主要要表揚一下餐廳服務，我帶了八十歲的老母親去的，她們非常熱情，噓寒問暖的，問老媽媽是不是麪要下軟一點啊等等等，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，在這裏要非常感謝餐廳的陶愛韋和張月玲，服務非常好，下次來連雲港我們還住這裏！

第一次來連雲港這邊的維也納，入住結束之後迫不及待寫下了好評。首先呢，交通十分便利，這個地理位置真的是去哪裡都方便。酒店衞生也十分乾淨，進入酒店大廳和房間，給人一種賞心悦目，眼前一亮的感官。尤其是前台小姐姐的服務，十分的體貼很到位，當時辦理入住的時候人很多，也變相的體現出了酒店的受歡迎程度，前台小姐姐很有耐心，也很體貼的提醒客人帶好證件和前台電話。這次的入住體驗感覺很棒，下次有機會還會來光顧！
