酒店新開，外觀漂亮，裏面設施新裝修不錯，周邊都是海鮮飯店和麪館，吃飯很方便。
酒店後面有自己停車場，停好車可直接從後門進入前台或坐電梯上客房。
客房是山景房，但是靠馬路，晚上開一點窗透氣，車來車往噪音較大，會影響睡眠，但睡覺的枕頭很舒適。
周邊旅遊景點不遠很方便，我們去了連島景區，次日去了花果山半日遊。

非常棒的酒店！推薦！大廳環境乾淨明亮，香氛恰到好處！工作人員也都很禮貌。主要是非常超值，
不到200的價格，房間配品基本應有盡有了。應該也是新裝修的，但又沒有裝修的味道。床品不是一般酒店那種硬硬的厚厚的，是柔軟親膚的。枕頭還有記憶棉枕，很喜歡，想買同款。唯一一點是房間沒有寫前台電話，找了半天衹能手機打外線了，好在工作人員響應很積極。建議在電話旁做個標註🙏🏻

價位：相對攜程四花酒店 價位划算 （帶寵物會收取50元清潔費也在合理範圍之內）
位置：較景點需駕車前往 但是周邊餐飲商場停車都很方便
衞生：整體整潔乾淨
服務：不愧為攜程四花酒店 整體禮儀話術均可 需要水和毛巾都會秒回覆並有機器人配送服務
設施：智能家居小度 可惜智能馬桶沒有沖屁屁功能 衹會自動沖水
舒適度：簡歐設計 整體暖色調燈光 裝修較新
餐飲：有餐廳 早餐有面檔攤 水果 中西餐齊全 但品種較少 飲料中也無咖啡 如果以四花酒店標準略有欠缺
加分項：有延遲退房+0.5 應變升級房型+0.5 洗衣房+0.5 快遞保管+0.5
扣分項：比較失望的是這次入住期間樓下一直有裝修噪音（從早晨9點開始）對歡喜睡懶覺的人來説比較不適宜-0.5

我要認真點評一下：對最愛出門旅遊的我來説，讓我感覺住的最舒服最最滿意的酒店就是這家連雲港蘭舍酒店。首先就是前廳服務，讓我們一到賓館就真正有賓至如歸的感覺。幫我們拿行李，介紹當地的旅遊景點，全程耐心又滿臉笑容，一下減少了我們到陌生城市的生疏感。其次是房間寬敞舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，房間設計也是非常雅緻。樓層打掃人員也是一臉笑意，續住一晚也是收拾的妥妥的，一塵不染，大讚！
再次重點贊一下餐廳服務！早餐好吃又清爽，每樣食品都讓人很有食慾，讓人一丟丟都不捨得浪費。尤其是每位服務人員態度真的超級好！超級好！👍
最後酒店位置優越去哪個景區都方便。我會推薦朋友來連雲港玩，也一定會推薦這家酒店👍👍👍

首先是服務態度很好，前台帥哥美女笑臉相迎，周到熱情!
酒店後面停車場雖然不大，但附近的嘉瑞寶廣場與酒店有合作，所以自駕還是方便的!
早餐比較豐富，服務人員態度超級好，就餐環境也不錯。
房間不是很大，但是設施設備齊全，細節都很用心，使用方便。
不足之處: 一是被子厚度不太適中；二是房門開關不流暢。
