This was a strange hotel, the exterior looked modern and it was surrounded by a large built up new area, but the interior was very dated, dingy, like something out of the 70’s or 80’s. The room itself smelled of smoke, the was a nicotine stained old telephone, stained carpet and walls. I walked around the area and it was deserted, hardly any shops or restaurants and little sign of occupation. Perhaps this was because it was a government district on the weekend.

是個掛四星的酒店，具有政府招待所的性質，酒店比較大，使用時間比較長，設施比較齊全，但是相對已經老舊。酒店內部有餐飲和娛樂設施，位置方便，距離景點比較近，早餐也説得過去。每個房間賠了四瓶水，但沒有配茶葉。總得來講是不錯的。

贛榆區的老牌酒店，設施有些老舊了，但服務還是不錯的，一層餐廳的菜做的也很好吃，房間很大，隔音是一般快捷酒店不能比的，喜歡安靜休息的人可以作為首選

金苑大酒店在贛榆區市區，周邊便利，3公里內有吾悦廣場。房間比較灰暗，給人有臟的感覺，有些牆體有剝落現象，沒有及時處理。標間床比較大。衞生間和房間角落比較臟。過道比較昏暗，牆體也有剝落，可以依稀看出曾經的輝煌，後續維護不夠，希望管理方適當投入維護一下，這樣平時打掃可以再仔細一些。大堂很亮堂，早餐很豐富，有一個很大的停車場，是三大亮點。
