地理位置就在古城鐘鼓樓對面，從窗户憑眺就是孔望山。住這裏很接地氣，早市很熱鬧。房間寬敞舒適，前台服務親切體貼，幫我簽收花束，還幫我把拉在房間的東西快遞回來。非常感謝

這家酒店可給我留下老深的印象了。前台服務可熱情了，辦事效率還高，辦理入住那叫一個快，可順溜了。房間乾淨又整潔，佈局也挺合理的，床品可老舒服了，而且酒店還挺貼心，給準備了兩種不一樣的枕頭，能讓人睡個好覺。酒店的餐飲也老棒了，早餐可豐富了，味道好吃。酒店設施挺全乎的，還有智能機器人，能幫着把外賣準確送到房間。酒店旁邊就是海州古城，在這裏可以盡情去體驗當地極具特色的老字號美食，總之整體體驗非常棒，強烈推薦！

房間衞生非常不乾淨，有毛髮，麪池裡麪，被子上都有，而且靠後面的枕套發黃。牙刷也是掉毛的，最重要的是他們店長髮生事情就來一句，你不是要我賠禮道歉嗎，我就特意來給你電話道個歉，你出現的問題我們工作人員已經解決了，還賠你50塊錢，真無語，從事發攜程客服一直聯繫著，他這邊連個道歉都沒用，投訴之後才不情不願來道個歉。態度真惡劣，前台保安都還不錯，碰上這樣一個店長真是他們福氣！！
