走的是高性價比路線，工作日入住率不高，旁邊有不少飯館，挨着城市景觀河道，離萬達廣場和紅星美凱龍不遠。
設施比較一般，毛巾浴巾也不是統一的，杯子有茶漬，早餐也很一般，有一些剩菜出現。床品還不錯，隔音還不錯

酒店地處鹽河街美食街區，都是小獨棟建築，一棟樓一個酒店或飯店，吃飯方便，馬路對面還有海州萬達廣場。早餐1.2米以上小孩需要補20元。住店停車免費。

房間格局是我喜歡的，家庭房兩張床，房間位置臨街，對面是飯店，窗户關嚴實的話，衹要外面沒有人尖叫還是很安靜的；酒店位於萬達附近，乘車吃飯都比較方便，前台態度挺好的，送了水；早飯比較簡單，不過米飯、麪條、餛飩、麪包片、牛奶、稀飯、雜糧都有，價格不貴20元/人，主要是方便；有點欠缺的是衞生，房間的座椅縫隙裏有比較多的灰塵，還有頭髮，這點希望改進吧。總體來説性價比還可以。

優點：提前半月訂，較便宜；不遠的萬達廣場吃喝很方便。缺點：1、一進門剛去前台開房，一位**志帶有一絲不悦的口氣告訴我定的三人間衹有2張早餐券，難道你就不看客人的訂房記錄再説話？這種口氣讓我暗自以為是不是房價賣我便宜了，心裏不舒服？2、小孩看電視調錯台，整出個需要VIP繳費，去前台諮詢下，按理説前台應該回復讓客房去看下，還是那位女士回覆有些就是VIP，一臉不耐煩樣，讓人很不舒服，在我反覆詢問下最後去了個熱情小哥幫忙調試了下。3、半夜睡床上感覺身上癢，不知道是不是心理作用。 五天連續跑了幾個江蘇城市，總得來説連雲港是服務最差的，可能旅遊城市住店率高，對旅客無所謂，海上雲台山對比河南雲台山也差遠了，海邊每個海濱城市都差不多，沒來的可以避雷了。另外提一下，徐州方特真不錯，龍宮奇遇要早排隊。
