怎麼説呢，第一次住到開門就是床邊的房，門有很大的縫隙，窗簾也是合不上，我還是拿晾衣架抵住的，洗手間衞生也很差，見圖吧。餐廳服務很好👍

非常滿意，這是迄今為止在東呈會旗下享受到的最為貼心的服務。從點滴細節可以看到連州步行街店的軟件與服務都是上乘。從到店開始開始就感受到了貼心的服務，我衹在前台問了如何停車，前台的工作人員就走到停車場引導停車，她對每個客户都是一視同仁。我還看到她指導一位香港客人停車。不厭其煩，一直到客户滿意為止。

房間設施比較陳舊，破破爛爛的，不想來第二次，還有那個電梯刷卡才能進來，我想説的就是叫了外賣要自己下去拿上來，這也就算了，如果房間有人拿了卡下去房間就斷電了，這麼落後的嗎？

房間雖小但很干淨，雖然在鬧市但雙層玻璃隔音十分安靜！房間有喝茶茶具，冷氣安靜夠冷。房間進入有一陣淡淡香味令人舒爽。離開時前台還送了小小特產，有點小驚喜。

非常滿意！酒店地理位置很好，市中心吃的基本都在附近，一家人過來連州旅遊，辦入住還給我升級了房型，床品和衞生都很乾凈，房間裏有小冰箱，礦泉水都有4瓶，還暖心送了小童牙刷，老闆是本地人，很親切，賓至如歸的感覺。非常值得推薦！
