房間抽屜裏有一袋子黑色的頭髮！拿黑色袋子裝着，晚上入住簡直他媽嚇**，第一眼看着膽都嚇出來，找老闆換房，第一句話説的是不要把房間搞亂，電話裏也是一直問有沒有弄亂！態度賊差，説話還拽！道歉不會嗎？住酒店就怕遇到這種不乾不淨的房間，一句覺得不滿意可以退房就能了事？那會房價到三百關我屁事？**從攜程渠道上訂的，你漲價了關我啥事？房間還一股消毒水味道就不説了，什麼脾氣啊這是？**跟你好好説就不行了是吧？有頭髮的圖有聊天截屏

衞生：就是感覺床品不太衞生，被子有點沒幹，臭餿的味道，
環境：還行，窗外風景不錯。就是陽台晾着被子還沒收

房間內毛巾、浴巾都發黃的，洗髮水沐浴露都是不夠的用一次就沒有了的那種，電話聯繫工作人員，工作人員態度差問題沒有解決就直接掛電話，微信不回，酒店根本沒有前台，也沒有這個酒店名稱，是在別人小區裏面的公寓，自行拿來出租的房間。誰住誰後悔，環境差的不行 ，住酒店還要收停車費。位置偏僻難找

房間很乾凈整潔，裝修還很新。設施齊全，有洗衣機、冰箱，還有個很小的陽台，晾衣服很方便，洗衣液、蚊香、紙巾等，都準備得很齊全。唯一不足的就是客服回覆不夠及時，我們因為是親子出行，需要訂好幾間房，因為一家老小一起出行，訂房前問的問題有點多，如果客服回覆能更及時耐心就更好了。
位置不在市中心，需要打車或開車出行。居住的話，比較舒服，床上用品也很乾凈。

第一間房很臭，異味很大，隨後要求換房，換房後稍微好點，但老闆要我們自己承擔停車費不合理，停車場保安説衹要老闆報備就行，但老闆態度很差，
