The overall environment of the hotel is very good. The exterior facade is in harmony with the overall style of the ancient city. The interior decoration is grand. The facilities in the guest rooms are complete and of high quality. The bath supplies are Ferragamo products (Picture 6). The sanitary ware is Kohler products (Picture 7). The hair dryer is Lai Fen (Figure 8). The hotel's breakfast room is located on the first floor, adjacent to the dessert shop. There are four set meals to choose from (Pictures 9 to 12), which are delicious.

四星以上準五星標準，偏新中式風格。服務到位，進出前台都會很熱情打招呼，保潔姐姐也都很禮貌客氣。開業有兩三年了，設施維護得不錯，花灑地漏鏡子都是乾乾淨淨的，隔音也不錯。一次性拖鞋稍薄，建議改進🤟。布草還行，床墊舒適，枕頭可選；吹風機是徠芬的。整體感覺和價位是相符合的。後院有個大停車場，停車方便。門口有個小咖啡吧，下午看看城牆喝杯咖啡，晚上喝個小啤酒，比較爽。除了看不到湖景，別的沒毛病。

裝修很有格調質感 住起來很舒服 發現了這個酒店之後來這邊衹住這一家 發了朋友圈之後也有好多人問酒店名字
在沒有動房間任何東西的前提下 前台小姐姐不厭其煩幫我換了兩次房間 很有耐心 服務態度很棒
位置很好 就在東昌湖風景區內 去哪兒都方便 景色也好
唯一不足是這次沒有住到套房

這次入住體驗簡直太棒啦！一進酒店大堂，就被那精緻的中式陳列架吸引住了，上面擺放着典雅的瓷器、精美的擺件，燈光柔和，氛圍感直接拉滿，處處透着中式美學的韻味，雅緻又温馨。
出門一看，停車場規整有序，車輛停放得很整齊，而且周邊是古色古香的建築，環境特別好。從細節能看出酒店的用心，無論是內部裝飾還是外部環境管理都無可挑剔。住在這裏，既有舒適的居住體驗，又能感受獨特的文化氛圍，下次還來！

地巾 浴巾 均出現污漬 （洗完澡光着打電話給前台來送的）

卧室門拉不上 拉一半又關不上
杯子內壁明顯灰塵 手一擦 擦掉了
酒店前台工作人員和經理都很好 走的時候還送了禮品 衞生實在是太差勁了…退房時候聽見工作人員説酒店一共11間客房 屬於高端酒店…

位置：位置不用説，非常好👍，而且自帶一個停車場小院子，安靜方便搬行李。注意旺季古城可能不讓車輛進入。
衞生：很乾凈清爽，有任何需求都給換掉了。

停車，引導，房間，服務，早餐都沒得説，特別是前台幾位美女帥哥的服務更是讓人體驗了賓至如歸的感覺，説實話一開始覺得這個價格在聊城偏高，退房時頓感物有所值，性價比爆棚，個人建議大院裏放置一個垃圾箱帶收集煙蒂的那種就無可挑剔啦，一次完美的旅行從麗洲璞悦開啟，謝謝🙏
