It’s very amazing property and specials thanks to luo which is manager , she helped me a lot to explore , if anybody is looking for this property I will rate 5 star and special thanks to luo manager who is very knowledgeable and helped in all activities.

Like a labyrinth, even hard to find my room and the outlet lobby way ;)
The room carpet should be vacculmed I think.
Dust can easily float in the air and is bad for our health.
The bath water is excellent if the temperature can be 5 degree higher.
Hope, the patient assistant can tell us how to use the services and facilities

Nice and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and the green surroundings add up to a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a lotus pond in the middle with great views. Lacks a bit in terms of international amenities but it’s understandable given it’s location. Heard great things about the hot springs. Have to try them next time.

房間太陳舊了，衝著5星去的，這是住過最差的5星了，特意選的有陽台的，結果外面沒有什麼景，很失望、有點和價格不匹配了，下次不會入住
