겉만 번지르르한 타입. 위치는 요양역 바로 옆에 있어서 좋으나 크기에 비해 시설이 너무 엉망이다. 욕실은 공사가 잘못되어 물이 고여 내려가지도 않고, 뭐 냉난방은 여러 리뷰에서 본것과 같이 개판이고, 객실이 11층인데 와 밖에서 개랑 거위랑 짖는 소리가 기차 소리보다 더 잘 들린다 ㅋㅋㅋ 원래 랴오양 호텔에 묵을랬는데 방이 없어서 급한김에 이곳을 예약하게 되었는데... 이제껏 동북여행을 다니며 들린 숙소 가운데 최악의 호텔이다.

竟然在攜程上能評為3星，好奇怪，這個也就2星。住宿真是體驗如下: 一次性拖鞋沒有，水龍頭都不出熱水，電視看不了，屋子非常冷，屋內衞生糟糕。屋內沒有掛衣服的地方。優點，房間大。

空調壞了，入住之前不通知，打電話問説整棟樓都壞了， 外面23度屋裡29，房間里居然還有蟲，幹不了就別幹趁早倒閉吧**酒店

這個酒店位置在遼陽站出站口南側，酒店建築很宏大，大堂也很氣派，房間剛住進來就發現浴室門口地板有問題，踩在上面嘎吱響，牆上的插座和開關用了一下蓋子都掉了下來。

空調維修就算了，大夏天的可以開窗户 但是不能沒有紗窗吧 這蚊子咬的 窗户還不通風 夏天開窗户樓下凌晨還施工 一直到五點多 花灑還壞了 下水道反味兒 雙人床床頭就一個充電口兩人換着用 來回換床 還得抻着用 總之住的憋屈 別來

入住前不説酒店空調是不好使的，入住了才知道是壞的，這大夏天屋子太熱了，沒辦法睡覺，離開吧，入住就晚上九點多了，再找酒店也不方便了，所以沒辦法衹能對付住了一夜，可因為空調不好使，熱的一夜沒睡，太遭罪了，希望大家怕熱就不要入住了！再有洗浴的花灑都不好使！

室外36℃的天氣，酒店的中央空調居然沒有製冷。安排的還是西户，被太陽曬了一下午的房間，和桑拿房一樣，我也真是無語了，到酒店太晚了，也都辦完入住了，點了半天空調問前台才被告知沒有製冷，這個時間也沒法辦理退房了，基本一宿沒睡

交通便利，就在遼陽火車站出口側邊；房間比較寬大，採光非常好；房間、被褥乾淨整潔，設施較全，服務員非常認真熱情，並且價格適宜。開始擔心在火車站往來列車轟鳴會影響休息，事實證明這種擔心是多餘的，因為根本感覺不到，是非常愉快的一次入住體驗。
