設施：設施十分陳舊了，沒什麼可説的，就是很舊很舊。
衞生：還可以，床單毛巾都是乾淨的，沒看到一次性拖鞋沒看到浴巾，因為我身體不舒服而且是臨時住，也就沒有問。
環境：店的位置很不錯，距離遼陽站很近，樓下就有飯店，交通也方便。
服務：還可以，挺熱情。
如家應該加強對加盟商的監管，至少在設施和服務上下下功夫。

設施：很乾凈很安靜，離千年白塔很近，沒事值得去轉一轉

位置好，離遼陽站很近，交通較為便利，離白塔公園和廣佑寺也很近，周圍景點多，我住的房間能看到白塔的頂部。房間總體性價比挺高。

優點是位置好，離火車站很近，200多米吧，走幾步就到白塔公園了，一樓大廳旁邊就有個麪館，吃飯還是挺方便，服務挺好，隔音差點，吹風機跟前台要的。

地理位置還好，前台態度不太好，入住時電子身份證告訴我們要花錢登記，隔音很不好，隔壁的動靜聽的一清二楚，一大早就給我們吵醒了，設施也不是很新，衞生間沒有乾濕分離
