The hourly room is only open until 4:30pm, but Ctrip says it can be open until 6pm. The reason given by the front desk is that the cleaning lady gets off work at 4:30pm.

As a Liaoyuan native, I have never seen people in Liaoyuan with such low quality. My husband and I were on a business trip, so we didn't care too much. It really can't be described as a bad service attitude. It's extremely bad. To a certain extent? I owe you money? I didn't say that consumption is the boss and everything is equal. You are sick for talking to me like this. I suggest you go to the hospital to see if there is any problem!

The refrigerator in the room was noisy and affected our sleep and rest. The hotel's soundproofing was not good, and we could clearly hear the conversations and nightlife in the next room. The breakfast fruit was single, and the salad dressing had dried up when we had dinner at 7am. The vegetable salad was not fresh. The bathroom was not soundproofed well, and the sound of running water upstairs and downstairs in the middle of the night seriously affected our rest.
