優點：1.酒店裝修還算不錯，古色古香，比較有韻味；2.酒店離荔波古鎮很近，步行10分鐘可以到達，古鎮夜景不錯；3.酒店停車位充足，並且停車免費，適合自駕遊客。4.酒店工作人員態度還算不錯。
缺點：1.給我們安排的兩間房都是一樓的房間，前段時間下了雨，有點返潮，進屋有股黴味；2.房間衞生情況確實不太理想，我們進房間的時候，房間裏面還有一衹蜻蜓在飛，然後窗户旁邊有個榻榻米，日式風格那種，墊子下面都是蟲，孩子坐在上面看了一會兒平板，蟲就爬孩子身上去了（入住先看下房間，如果是底樓榻榻米那種，建議換房）；3.我們去那天滿房，工作人員沒有給我們換房，衹是派了一個工作人員來打擾，來打掃的工作人員直接用掃把上去把榻榻米掃了一下，並且我們都脱了鞋的情況下，工作人員直接穿鞋上去打掃；4.公關處理不太好，即使衞生條件這麼離譜，我還拍了照片給前台看的情況下，也沒有主動提出一個類似換房、打折或者贈送早餐之類的讓客人滿意的解決方案（可能是旅遊旺季的原因，也不缺客人）

服務一般，要什麼東西要自己跑下去問他們要，跑上跑下的很累。關鍵一次性拖鞋還沒有，衹有涼鞋，我們自己出去買了涼鞋。不過環境還是可以的，樓下有魚和烏龜可以給小朋友看着玩。
