In a place like Licata where there aren’t many options for accommodations, this place is a great find. The rooms are very modern and spacious, and the location cannot be beat, as it is within walking distance of all the main sites in Licata. Breakfast is self serve with tasty pastries, juice and coffee. The owners are friendly and welcoming. One of the best places I stayed in all of Italy!

This is an outstanding place to stay. It's modern, with convenient outlets for chargers. The bathroom has attractive, modern fixtures and excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very nice and the epitome of hospitality. The location is perfect, a very brief walk from the Carmine church and an easy walk to the waterfront. The only reason I didn't give it the highest possible rating was the breakfast, a self-serve prepackaged pastry, a tiny bottle of orange juice and coffee you make yourself. But with such a great price, you can afford to get a better breakfast at a caffe.

Very centrally located in Licata. - don’t be put off by the narrow street it is located in. Once inside the doors it is modern and very comfortable. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful- she even walked down the road to check we were safely parked. The only negative was that the breakfast was a few long life pastries and fruit juice. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Abbiamo trovato gentilezza, disponibilità oltre il dovuto. Il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere in officina dove eravamo fermi per un guasto al camper. Gli ambienti così ben tenuti da sembrare nuovi. Ci è stata lasciata la colazione anche se non era prevista nel prezzo. pulito ordinato profumato non potevamo aspettarci di meglio . Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

Camera ben insonorizzata non molto grande, ma dotata di tutti i confort. Posizione centralissima con parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La colazione non era compresa, ma il proprietario (disponibile e cortese) ci ha comunque lasciato a disposizione dei prodotti confezionati.

Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers Gianpaolo ist ausgezeichnet.Herrliche und herzliche Leute.Exzellente Reinigung. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Zentrum und dem Meer entfernt.Habe ich viele Orte und viele B & B besucht und ich muss sagen, damit kam ich am besten zurecht. Ich komme wieder, kann ich empfehlen

Soggiorno stupendo. Sono stata coccolata sin dall'inizio. La camera era stupenda, accogliente. Mi sentivo quasi a casa mia. I propririetari sono stati davvero un amore. Disponibili e gentili. La posizione era ottima e centrale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ho fatto proprio un'ottima scelta!
