The stay at Serenusa Village was amazing. The village is on the sea and has 3 swimming pools (a large central one, a small one attached with slides for children and another where you can swim).
The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas makes the village very comfortable.
The food is really good and there is a varied choice every day whether you want to eat meat or fish.
The sea can be reached by a wooden staircase from the village itself and umbrellas are assigned. On the beach there is a restaurant which I have not tried because I preferred the buffet and there is also a restaurant "il gusto" which I have not had the opportunity to try.
The animation is always present, but with discretion..
they organize many activities and there really is something for all tastes! I stayed for a week with my partner! I recommend it!

Great place for families. The beach was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. The kids enjoyed the water slides, football fields and swimming in the sea. We had two different rooms while we were there, both were comfortable. We’d love to return.

We had lovely family time in Serenusa resort . Great place for children as the sea was clear and calm . Also big shout out to all the animators there and the beach lifeguard Pepito who was very friendly and of course the barman Claudio who made sure we were well hydrated at all times . We had a fantastic time at the Serenusa Resort! Everything from the facilities to the food was excellent, but what really made the trip special was the incredible animation team. A huge thank you to Federico, Nagi, Giga, Gloria and all the other staff for their hard work and enthusiasm. They made sure there were activities for everyone to enjoy, and their energy was truly contagious! We will definitely recommend Serenusa Resort to everyone we know. Connie, Catherine & Jennifer

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The team in charge of the entertainment during the day but also at night did the extra mile. We went with kids and friends and we had a great time. Lot of different activities along the day for everyone.

The staff at Serenusa resort are friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely pampered. The only minor issue was a slight delay in room service one evening, but this was quickly rectified with a sincere apology. Tommaso especially was a very good person he was very friendly and helped everyone when needed and nice

The first question to ask is: "Would I return here?". The answer is yes. There are pros and cons as in everything. Pros: 1) The village is very well kept with a lot of green areas and beautiful flowers 2) The staff team is amazing. They entertain the tourists in everyway possible. They sing, they act, they dance, they take care of your kids etc. Asia especially makes the gym experience very special with her superlative jump fitness classes. 3) The village offers the possibility to leave your kids at the Serenino, which is a kids club where kids older than 3 can enter and be assisted/entertained by the dedicated staff 4) Every evening a show is scheduled at open air theatre. Musicals, commmedy, singing of very good quality. 5) The buffet is good quality. Cons: 1) The sea is not the best. 2) The rooms are fine but not up to a 4 stars structure. 3) The check in procedure is messy and very crowded.
