1. 環境很差，蟲子滿天飛。第一天入住的時候在廁所裏發現了二十幾個死蚊子，床上被單上也有。
2.老闆服務態度不是很好。第一天我們坐班車到蘇馬盪給老闆打電話問老闆到哪一站下車，老闆的回答非常的敷衍隨便跟我們用家鄉話瞎説了一個站，我們都沒有聽清就把電話給掛了。我們入住房間之後想連接WiFi結果發現連接不上，給老闆打電話他也很敷衍的告訴我們要等WiFi開久一點才能連接，結果等了兩個小時WiFi還是顯示無法使用。
3.設施非常的差。經常沒有水，害我們不能洗澡。紗窗是破的擋不住飛蟲入侵，蚊香的罈子也衹給了一個根本擋不住蚊子的叮咬，害的我們衹能用煙灰缸來點燃蚊香，找老闆要他都不給。

滿意分是給背靠的蘇馬盪的山景的，其它的體驗一言難盡，入住前由於店家給的錯誤的訊息導致路上行程有耽誤，然後辦理住宿時候一直找不到人，打幾個電話才有人接待，入住的房間還比較大不過有一股不是很好聞的味道，基本的酒店用品有缺失，沒有一次性拖鞋，蚊香液是空的，一次性牙刷和洗漱用品也很缺，最讓人無語的是向前台打電話要兩個枕頭和紙杯子，打了兩次電話，中間一個多小時沒有任何迴應，無奈用衣服墊着將就了一晚，對客人的要求沒有基本的迴應就很無語，希望這些問題在利川其它地方的體驗不會再有，雖然是民宿也希望基本的服務能夠做到！

我是在網上查到的這個酒店，因為它的位置好，就在蘇馬盪景區裏面。從酒店的樓下想去哪裡否太方便啦。走路轉轉十里畫廊也行，坐公交就在門口20分鐘一班班車，也是想去哪裡去哪裡哦。酒店的窗外就是森林公園，窗外的樹林鬱鬱葱葱，早晨小鳥在唱歌，徬晚夕陽畫彩虹。酒店在蘇馬盪這裡是硬件配套最好的，房間也很多。最關鍵是這個酒店還有寬敞的院子，很多休閑桌椅，三五朋友可以在一起打牌聊天喝茶都很舒服。我來的這兩天都喜歡在院子裏坐着。吃飯也很可口，可以點餐，也可以吃包餐。廚房的師傅個大姐服務滿熱情，總是問你喜歡吃什麼呢？衹可惜我的假期到了，不能繼續住在這裏避暑了。這裏真是避暑得好地方。不要開空調，晚上蓋棉被。吸收着富含富氧離子的空氣美美睡了兩晚。希望下次再來好好住下來。

環境：酒店無法正常入睡，太吵了左邊是烤肉店到凌晨2點都在鬧，右邊公路，打車不斷簡直莫法休息，
服務：更差，居然我們房間還沒有牙刷，電話打了好多次都有沒有送過來，我也是醉了

房間裏面很多設施都是損壞的，門把手斷了，花灑也斷了，一次性拖鞋是人用過的，這樣的價位，老闆應該好好改善一下。
