Extremely lousy service, gave them our passports to check in yet the staff kept asking for our ID. Worse still, they passed us their hotel guests registration forms to complete! We booked a family room and only 2 towels in the room. We tried calling front desk, room service, assistant manager no one answered. In the end we had to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels. Shower form was not filled to an acceptable level, same for toilet paper. Service is really crap. Location is good but there are a lot of hotels nearby so do not come this hotel.

前台態度差，顧客有疑問回答非常不耐煩，似乎打擾到前台玩手機刷視頻了呢，酒店設施陳舊，感覺都沒怎麼維護保養了，同等距離，建議大家還是看看別的酒店，這裏花錢也買不到服務，我們也是聽説這個酒店在以前也算得上數一數二的，沒想到現在變成了這樣，挺失望的

設施一般，衞生極差，洗手間尿燒味太重，被子不舒服，潮濕，環境惡劣，服務及差，門還是壞的，早餐什麼都沒有，白開水都沒有，及品的垃圾，被子是我自己買的一次性旅遊被套，房間地毯很臭，很臟兮兮的東西在上面，房間灰塵太多，不適合任何旅遊出行住宿。
