The Pillow were fluffy and soft and the beds were very comfortable and the pool was very clean and fun to be in we had a good time and will definitely be back in the future we loved it here and had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to everyone we know

Horrible. Dirty. Bird feces at the entrance with the birds frequently letting loose with feces. Dodging it can be a challenge. Feces covering the front entrance, walking through it is an inevitability. The breakfast at this place should be considered criminal. Not worth eating at all. High risk of food poisoning. Room smelled moldy and evidence of mold in the bathroom. Staff not very friendly or helpful in any way. Internet connection is intermittent at best.

Customer service was terrible. Someone at the hotel changed my reservation (that I made a month in advance) due to the hotel being overbooked, which I only found out about at check in. Called the desk multiple times to find out if I had a room for the last night of my stay, only to be told they had to call multiple people to see if anything could be done. Then I go to check out after making a reservation at a different hotel for the last night (that was more expensive and further away) only to be told that I did have a room for that night, which I had to cancel since I couldn’t cancel the other hotel. Customer service was awful and so was the experience. Room was not the cleanest either if that matters after the rest of my experience.

This has been my go-to hotel for several years, as I have family in the area and of the options in Jackson, this one has been the best. The indoor pool is a big part of that, and the grandkids still love it. But the hotel itself has really gone downhill. The staff are very friendly and working hard, but it honestly just feels like ownership doesn't want to invest anything into the hotel. It's very dated, and what they do have is in rough shape. The breakfast is just sad. The only hot option is waffles, everything is very carb heavy. They have a few containers of yogurt, packaged donuts, some single serve cereals, and a few packets of instant oatmeal. That's it. The beds are small, the bathrooms have crud in the corners, the remote is held together by tape, the furnishings are old and chipped, there are no modern touches like USB ports. And what is up with these sinks? I don't know what genius thought this up, but these were a horrible idea! You lose a lot of counter space (of which there wasn't much in the first place), and the sink is so high that a child or disabled person will have difficulty using it. Sad as it makes me, I think I may have to look elsewhere for my next family visit, possibly even Portsmouth or Chillicothe.

Have had better constructed rooms, it clean. Bathroom door hit the toilet and door to the room has big gaps weekend you could see our to the hallway. The tub felt uneven and unsupported. The beds were ok and clean.

The bed was surprising comfortable! Overall the room felt dingy, old and cramped. The bathroom and sink area were barely big enough for one person. Inadequate for 2. All in all, it was fine for one night, but I was glad that was all we were there for.
