STATE ALLA LARGA! Le foto del sito non sono veritiere e davvero servitebbe una vella denuncia! Pagato 430 euro solo pernottamanto di due notti, camera minuscola, vetro della doccia inesistente con conseguente allagamanto del bagno. Fatto presente ovviamente alla responsabile, che aveva dimenticato di dirlo quando ha ci ha consigliato di scegliere la camera in queatione in quanto " con il bagno più carino". Per fortuna. IL Condizionatore perdeva acqua, e ci siamo ritrovati con le scarpe bagnate. Un solo asciugamano presente. Richiesto un secondo kit bagno, visto che eravamo in due e che uno era stato usato per asciugare il bagno allagato... La risposta è stata "STAI SERENA TE LO POETO SUBITO". Mai arrivato. Lo Richiedo per l'ennesima volta, e la risposta è stata " Ma non puoi aspettare domani mattina, adesso non ce l'ho". Senza parole. Zero professionalità, zero cura per il cliente. Rapporto Qualità prezzo assolutamente inadefuato,al limite della truffa. Ah, dimenticavo, il letto è minuscolo, credo sia da una piazza e mezzo e non c'è il Coprimaterasso. Naturalmente non ci ritorneremo e ce ne saremmo andati volentieri se non avessimo già saldato all'arrivo.

Our experience at this hotel was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Teresa. The cleanliness and proximity to the beach added to our overall satisfaction. We are incredibly grateful for our time here. I can truly recommend this for everyone!

Myself and four friends spent a week in this lovely little hotel on a bed & breakfast basis near the beach in Lido di Camiore. Teresa and her family were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, Teresa recommended good restaurants for our dinner and sent as to a lovely beach called Timovo. Our room was clean and bright with a little balcony with a sea view. Our bed &pillows were very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep, we had a little fridge and a safe. Our bathroom was well equipped with a forceful shower and a good selection of towels.. Our continental breakfast was delicious & abundant. The location was excellent, very central , there was a tourist information centre across the road and a bus stop, there were lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the vicinity. We would definitely stay there again and hope to return next summer.

First of all, this isn't 3 * hotel, better to say 2-*. Rooms to small, around 15m2, very small bathroom. Never saw so unprofessional, unkind service. The breakfast is limited in quality, if you late just 15 minutes, there will not be anything to eat. Dining room has last update in 70's last century. In bathroom is no cosmetics, just two small shampoo, no glasses, no soap for hands..there is no professionalism and kindness of owner Teresa. Only positive is location and that wi fi is good.

Friendly staff, well priced and comfortably located nearby all restaurants, shops and amenities. Tourists info point and bus stop are on the other side of the road, rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommended, would book again!

Hotel molto ordinato ed accogliente, si vede che è stato ristrutturato recentemente. La titolare molto disponibile ed accogliente. È stata una settimana molto rilassante !!!🤩 Lo consiglio vivamente!!!! Per una vacanza molto rilassante

Personale molto cordiale e sempre disponibile, pulizia ottima anche nei minimi dettagli. Ambiente molto moderno e a due passi dal molo di lido di Camaiore e dalla magnifica passeggiata e l’iconico pontile. Mi sono trovata molto bene ci torneremo!!

Ho soggiornato una notte per viaggio di lavoro. Albergo senza tante pretese ma in linea con gli standard 3 stelle .camera confortevole .pulizia molto buona .personale gentilissimo .molto vicino al mare (piacevole per una camminata mattutina) .parcheggio comodo, per lo meno a maggio... ho trovato posto proprio davanti all'ingresso (parcheggi a pagamento nelle strisce blu dalle 8 alle 20). Grazie dell'ospitalità.

Siamo andati con la scuola, eravamo 4 classi. Le camere si aprono con qualsiasi carta data in reception e le serrature erano rotte perciò non si chiudevano le porte. Il cibo non arrivava caldo e si dimenticavano di servire molti tavoli incolpandoci di non essere rimasti seduti. Il cibo era molto salato e insapore tanto che si sentiva solo il sale. In alcuni piatti portati sono stati trovati dei capelli e si sono giustificati dicendo che il cuoco era calvo( fatto presente i piatti riportati erano gli stessi ma il cibo era trasferito in un altro piatto). In alcune camere accanto ai letti e ai condizionatori c'era la muffa e oltretutto non era presente un telecomando per il condizionatore. I cuscini e i piumoni erano sporchi e ci hanno accusato di averli sporcati. Quando sono venuti a fare i letti hanno fatto solo i letti matrimoniali e non quelli singoli. Infine il personale non conosce la simpatia tanto da venire a colpire e aprire la porta di coloro che facevano rumore.
