Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et propre. Un peu de difficulté à identifier ma réservation Tripcom à l'accueil mais finalement tout s'est bien passé. Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner.

Het zijn oplichters : per ongeluk op de 21ste april terecht gekomen terwijl wij een week eerder wilden. Nothing doing, ze konden de boeking niet veranderen. i.p.v. zaterdag en zondag werd het dus een week later zondag en maandag. Op maandag is alles gesloten. Mijn reisgenote heeft een vrije dag moeten nemen van haar werk op die maandag.
Andere gasten (een Vlaams echtpaar) hadden vooruit betaald via een andere booking organisatie voor een kamer met ontbijt (€ 16 voor het ontbijt p.p.), maar er was geen ontbijt. Ze kregen een pakje met koekjes bij wijze van ontbijt en het restaurant was sowieso dicht.
Ik had een tweepersoonskamer met aparte bedden gereserveerd, maar we kregen een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed ! Maar we kregen uiteindelijk wel een andere kamer. Met aparte bedden. Aan de balie was vrijwel nooit iemand en bij het uitchecken moesten we de kamer sleutel in een brievenbus doen.
Een plus puntje, het was er wel schoon.

I booked a room in the hotel and paid in advance. I never made it in because when I got there on the day I had booked to arrive, it was closed. DO NOT BOOK this hotel. It might actually be a total scam. It is a shame. This was a bit less than two weeks ago and I still haven't been reimbursed through Booking which I used to book this hotel.

Booked 2 nights with a vivabox, received a friendly welcome on arrival, but we no longer serve breakfast sir, no more food... but have a drink in the bar this evening instead of breakfast... yes, hello, what a compensation... then room on the 2nd floor sir....elevator not working...hupla...once in the room, when you enter it smells musty,...just white walls, a nicely made bed and a small TV on the wall, in the night lights had no lamps in them!!° We went downstairs to clean our ears and we wanted our money or receipt back, we received the answer I pass it on to the management, I say no way, give us the number and I call at them, wow, the friendly lady was suddenly a completely different person, shouting, ranting and breaking up with us, I said OK, I'll call the police, she laughed at me, OK, I'm now calling my lawyer to see what I should do, then she threw quickly send my receipt to our heads...so people be warned this is a complete scam!!!!

We stayed from 8 to 10, the hotel is far from what we expected, we can hear everything that is happening in the hotel, the towels not changing, electricity problem risk of electrocution. Obligation to get up for lunch before the person who takes care of his part... just disappointing I would not recommend to my relatives and friends.
