Smartflats Design - Cathédrale

The German version is below. The apartment is nothing like what is advertised in the pictures on ***********. The sofa is filthy and has slits in it, as does one of the chairs. There are holes in the doors from apparently violent blows, a number of walls and the dinner table have stains on them. The kitchen cupboards were smeared with something resembling oil. Overall: quite disgusting. I got into contact with Smartflats immediately that I would not stay there with my family and demanded a refund. Until 4-5 telephone calls through a call center, they claimed that the responsibility for a refund lies with the ***********, which was later confirmed to be a lie by ***********. So I paid for something that was not what was promised and which I did not even accept to use. Quite a bad deal. I am still in the process of writing e-mails back and forth with Smartflats and ***********. Long story short: avoid the flat and Smartflats. Die Wohnung ist nicht das, was auf den Bildern auf *********** beworben wird. Das Sofa ist schmutzig und hat Schlitze, ebenso einer der Stühle. Es gibt Löcher in den Türen von offensichtlich heftigen Schlägen, einige Wände und der Esstisch haben Flecken. Die Küchenschränke waren mit etwas verschmiert, das wie Öl aussah. Insgesamt: ziemlich ekelhaft. Ich habe mich sofort mit Smartflats in Verbindung gesetzt, dass ich dort nicht mit meiner Familie übernachten würde und forderte eine Rückerstattung. Nach 4-5 Telefonaten über ein Callcenter behaupteten sie, dass die Verantwortung für eine Rückerstattung bei *********** liegt, was sich später durch *********** als Lüge herausstellte. Ich habe also für etwas bezahlt, das nicht das war, was versprochen wurde, und das ich nicht einmal in Anspruch genommen habe. Ein ziemlich schlechtes Geschäft. Ich bin immer noch dabei, E-Mails mit Smartflats und *********** hin und her zu schreiben. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: meiden Sie die Wohnung und Smartflats.
