The center is excellent on a sporting level but everything else is not good. Really shabby rooms with invisible pillows I would say. Very rude staff starting from the reception where any problem was not solved. Room staff who enters the room at 8.10am without knocking to make the room, you tell them to come back after 20 minutes and they reply that they will be on another floor and therefore they won't make the room for you. Really poor quality food. Despite full board I preferred to go out to eat sometimes. Very rude restaurant staff and 10 minutes before closing time they were already inviting you to leave because they had to clean. We forgot some biscuits in the room at 10am (check out time) at 11am I pointed it out and was told that nothing could be done. ABSURD

Very large structure overall, building with very well maintained swimming pool, I don't know what it's like to stay here in the summer but we certainly won't be returning. Ok to spend a little, we purchased a package for two nights with New Year's Eve dinner included at an affordable price but in terms of hospitality and food we are just not there. We stayed at the Le Vela complex, the staff was young and inexperienced, with little empathy towards people. Food at RSA level, my husband, I and my children ate practically nothing due to the poor quality (and my husband is an excellent eater but here he tasted almost nothing). Let's say that this place is ideal for going on a diet because it does not stimulate the appetite. Tables crowded with hundreds of people including elderly and frail people, one next to the other, which is not the best these days. Vegetable buffet with vegetables placed in large Ikea-type plastic containers where the bravest ones helped themselves. Let's say that professionalism is something else, for me it's a place suitable for very basic people who like anything otherwise you'll go elsewhere. We will definitely not go again although I would be curious to know how it is in the summer. I forgot, for breakfast and lunch on the last day we went elsewhere and gave up staying here, I would have liked to tell the staff at reception how we found ourselves but the attitude is so dry and not inclined towards the human side that I preferred not to say anything.

Discouraged by the terrible reviews, we left with the expectation of spending New Year's Eve 2024 at the sails of Efa Village... what can I say, we had a great time, very kind and helpful staff, super large and spotlessly clean rooms, varied food and the children were always satisfied, top entertainment ,highly recommended..and for those who wrote about the heating, it really works..we will definitely be back

I have already written a few times about the terrible management and the disgusting food about this establishment but with this one they have exceeded every limit. Arrival on 8/12/2023 swimming pool rescue competition. Already in the afternoon it was cold inside the pool but competing with cold water because for several days they have had a blockage of the heating plant is a COMPLAINT, not to mention the rooms without radiators turned on and without hot water. I would like to point out that there were 12 year old children present in the structure and in the competitions. CLOSE IT BEFORE THE IRREPARABLE HAPPENS.

We stayed during the chess tournament. Let me start by saying that we stayed in the building considered "best" and, consequently, the related restaurant also enjoyed the same fame. The village, in fact, is divided into buildings and each building has its own restaurant. As soon as we arrived in the room, we noticed a strong smell of sewage... in the center of the sheet, we found a huge yellow stain typical of urine. Not only that, the stain had also spread to the mattress. We call the cleaner, who appears amazed!!!, stating that he had redone the room shortly before. Having solved the problem of the stain, but not that of the smell (the bathroom without a window and without an extractor), let's move on to the furniture: old, peeling, dirty and, on the floor, cheerful colonies of ants walking around. Narrow terrace with rusty railings as well as the taps are rusty and dirty. Obviously, having a fridge in the room would have been spoiled. Just as being spoiled is having hot water in the afternoon for a shower after the beach. Yes, because after 5pm only cold water arrived. Reported the problem several times, never resolved. The pillows, literally flat, stick to your head. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are reminiscent of those seen in black and white films set in soup kitchens for the poor and displaced people after the First World War. Let's skip the details. Everything seemed improvised, from the preparation of the meals to the wait staff. In order to eat something, in addition to having paid, quite a bit, for full board, we had to go to a pizzeria several times. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand and the distance between the umbrellas is optimal. Fairly clean sea. Sports centres, although I didn't use them, they seemed well-kept. Very green, but also very abandoned. In all the time we did not see a single gardener taking care of the greenery. It would take very little for a small leap in quality. It's a shame, this sense of abandonment that is perceived in a center that perhaps has seen better times in the past and which would have good potential.
