Personnel very polite and efficient. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Ideal for a short break. The building is quite old and the presence of children not respecting the rules in the swimming pool lower the quality of the experience. It might be probably better to visit during low season.

Ho provato a prenotare per il mese di agosto ma per fortuna non ci sono riuscita. Dire che il proprietario é un gran maleducato é dire poco, Se volete soggiornare in un ambiente accogliente e godere di una vacanza in serenità, a Lignano, andate altrove. Troverete sicuramente si meglio.

Positività: cucina ottima sia colazione e cena a 20€ , bella piscina , parcheggio, molte attività intrattenimento giochi per giovani e bambini. Negatività: camera e bagno molto piccoli , circa 14 mq in totale. Precisazioni: il personale alla reception risulta poco empatico ma comunque cordiale, tutti gli extra si pagano al momento, non si segna sul conto camera, per me che capisco non è stato un problema.

Klima mit Schimmel und Staub belegt,die Zimmer wenig sauber ,Betten sehr unbequem, schmutzige Leintücher.Badezimmer unangenehmer Geruch und Lüftung komplett verschmutzt und ohne Funktion.Dusche Schimmel und Duschkopf nicht zum feststellen.Das Frühstück war OK aber viel zu klein für die Menschenmassen.Pool hätte auch mal eine Reinigung nötig,obwohl man sagen muss es waren genug Liegen vorhanden( Nicht alle im besten Zustand)Das einzige was Recht gut war ist die Lage, schön ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen von Lignano

Sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa in più ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che sufficiente. Pulizia sufficiente in camera, trovati parecchi capelli, ma anche in sala consiglierei al personale di utilizzare dei capellini. Abbiamo fatto pensione completa ed i pasti sono ottimi, tutto a buffet e di buona qualità. Bevande alla spina a volontà, come frutta di tutti i tipi, dolci e gelato (a richiesta si può avere persino la panna montata e quindi farsi una bella coppa Macedonia e gelato. Il personale in sala molto cordiale e disponibile. Spazi comuni da rivedere ma con i comfort necessari. Signora molto disponibile in reception, non altrettanto per il proprietario, credo. Spazi esterni molto belli, piscina top, molto lettini ombrelloni, giochi x bambini, non manca nulla. Posizione buona vicino alla spiaggia in Pineta. Da nonsottovalutare il archeggio ampio e gratuito. Che dire, ripeto per il prezzo pagato va bene e con qualche accorgimento semplice un più sarebbe super

Personale inqualificabile, il barista non parla italiano (ma neanche l'inglese) frasi incomprensibili e ci si fa capire a gesti, frasi fuori dal mondo: non vi faccio il caffe perche non voglio pulire la macchinetta, la carta di credito non la prendiamo, non puoi sederti ai tavoli del bar anche se hai ordinato qua due minuti fa perche hai finito di consumare. Bar con orari che poi non vengono rispettati. Siamo stati due notti e non hanno mai cambiato né le lenzuola né gli asciugamani. Le stanze hanno la grandezza minima indispensabile per essere considerati tali, a momenti neanche ci si gira dentro, bagno idem. Uniche note positive, la piscina (non particolarmente grande ma bellina), due mini cabinati nella saletta al piano terra e la birra no stop alla cena. In ogni caso non gli avrei dato tre stelle.

Sono stato con amici.Struttura non nuovissima all’esterno ma molto curata e puliita all’interno.Piscina in ombra ma possibilità di entrare in acqua con materassino e si sta al sole…Personale molto accogliente e cortese…Mangiare ottimo insomma molto soddisfatto.Distanza dal mare efficace per smaltire colazione pranzo e cena 😊…cmq vicina basta passare la pineta e ci sei in spiaggia.Riviera non è Sabbiadoro ma io ci sono stato benissimo cercavo tranquillità e il piccolo centro è perfetto…Bellissime albe e tramonti sul mare.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel in 4 in due camere e non ci siamo trovati per niente bene anche pensando che il costo è stato di 150 euro a camera mi aspettavo di trovare un hotel molto più bello!!! Alla reception molto decadente siamo stati accolti da un personaggio in pantaloni corti e maglietta di stazza imbarazzante che ci ha accolti molto freddamente Le camere che nelle foto sembravano molto ampie erano invece piccoline con un bagno minuscolo con una doccia adatta a dei bambini, Il materasso non ci ha consentito di dormire perché si sentivano tutte le molle, inqualificabile!!! Durante la notte c è stato un viavai di gente chiassosa incredibile La colazione nella media La piscina non male a parte il fatto che i lettini abbiamo dovuto pulirceli noi dai aghi di pino caduti durante la notte che nessuno aveva pensato di pulire anche se erano le 11 circa, e al fatto che è in ombra tutto il giorno Sicuramente non lo consiglio, c è molto di meglio a dei prezzi più economici
