Positive points: friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Negative points: in the shower a thick layer of mold was present on the shower hose, the room we had is outdated, the beds are to short (at least if you're taller than 1,80 m) and the air conditioning is noisy and does not cool ( If the air conditioning was cooling, it was so minimal that you did not notice).

Great hotel, great services, awesome staff. The location is not far from the beach. The pool is big and the bar service is great. There is an 11/22kwh e-car charging station available free of charge. We have booked 2 double rooms. The breakfast is very good.

Great hotel with an amazing pool. Adjacent to the pool is full bar, with pool service, open from 0700-2400. The breakfast is also great, and the staff is all amazingly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at while in Lignano Sabbiadoro, look no further. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance to hotel also. Highly recommend this place.

I am taking up a recent review on the random choice of the booked hotel by reading only after the positive reviews that I confirm. If you are looking for a hotel with polite, correct and helpful people with the values of the past, go. If you want a trendy location and not family-run, go elsewhere. Convenient location, very kind staff, spacious, clean and new room with large balcony. Very nice and usable pool with an excellent temperature that allows you to enter with pleasure without however being hot. Varied and quality breakfast. Large and available parking. The only flaw is the umbrellas always occupied but it would be enough to place a few more, even smaller ones, to solve it.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Gegenüber kann man kostenlos Parken. Unser Zimmer war erst um 13h fertig, ich und mein Sohn durften den Pool aber schon nutzen. Die Sprachkenntnisse des Chefs sind 1A und er bringt einem sogar die Koffer aufs Zimmer, was ich nicht selbstverständlich finde. Die Zimmer sind einfach und das Interieur etwas altbacken, aber nichts ist abgeranzt oder kaputt. Das Zimmer und die Dusche ist sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Dass das Hotel etwas älter ist, merkt man auch daran dass es im Zimmet kaum Steckdosen gibt, hier also evtl Steckerleisten mitnehmen. Der siebener Strand ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt, der große Piazza 15 Minuten. Mit dem Bus A2 kommt man innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Zoo wenn man mit dem Bus fährt. Obwohl wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben, hat uns der Chef nach einem Tag auf Frühstück inklusive eingeladen. Eine wirklich liebe Geste. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nous avions initialement réservé 3 nuits, mais au vue de la qualité de l'hôtel nous avons demandé de prolonger de 4 nuits supplémentaires. Tout est parfait : chambre spacieuse et très très propre avec balcon. Petit déjeuner très complet on ne manque de rien il y a tout. Magnifique piscine. Tout est disponible autour de l'hôtel. Même les vélos sont à disposition. C'était parfait. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels en Italie mais celui-ci reste exceptionnel. Merci à Marco de nous avoir permis de prolonger notre séjour et merci à toute l'équipe pour votre amabilité et de toujours faire votre maximum pour rendre nos vacances fabuleuses.
