I was very excited to go here with my Austrian husband. I myself an Austrian-Jamaican lady. We spent two days and a night at this hotel. Things started out good. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Then we head down to the pool, very big clean pool garden area and lots of sun beds for all the guests to use. We then at lunch at the restaurant exceptional male waiter. He was polite and kind.The next morning at breakfast the waitress shouted at me for taking some utensils from a not occupied table making me feel like a thief or some unwanted guests. I was so shocked at how she spoke to me. It brought me to tears and I immediately lost my appetite.

The hotel is ok, and represents good value for money, the main feature is a great pool, which we enjoyed immensely. It also has a lovely pool bar with food, but note there is no food in the evenings, which is shame, as also there isn’t even a proper bar

What a lovely hotel, very friendly staff always ready to help you. Super fast WiFi really made my day, with a large spacious parking area. It’s has a big area outside by the pool, plus a big grasses garden area. Really recommend it. Will be back

Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe molto di più. Struttura vecchia, moquette nei corridoi consunta. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano, in fondo al corridoio e per tutta la notte siamo stati accompagnati dal rumore del frigorifero (impossibile staccare) e da quello esterno, forse della caldaia o di qualche generatore. Colazione discreta, ma con caffè e cappuccino del distributore automatico, in realtà dopo la colazione ho chiesto un caffè al bar dell'atrio che mi è stato fatto senza batter ciglio. Appena entrati in sala colazione e seduti ad un tavolo, siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti da quella che doveva essere la capo sala che in tedesco ci ha chiesto la camera e non capendo ce lo ha chiesto, ancora più irritata in inglese. Noi abbiamo risposto in italiano e senza dire altro se ne è andata. Positivo è il prezzo, grazie al quale non sono sceso sotto il tre.

4 stelle regalate, 2 sono pure troppe….solo la colazione è decente…..camere con mobili arrangiati, bagno vecchio, televisore piccolo, senza prese o per lo meno 2 ma sono lontane dal letto o dove servono….tavoletta del Valter rotta…..👎

Venuti a Lignano per vedere nostra figlia abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e siamo stati benissimo. Bella e comoda la stanza e pulitissima, ottima la colazione . Gentilissime le persone con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare. Bravi.

Camera datata, con sanitari rotti e asciugacapelli non funzionante, senza balcone! Inconcepibile in una località marittima. Personale inesistente , ad esempio il bagnino impassibile di fronte a tuffi, giochi con la palla e bagnanti in acqua al mattino presto in presenza del robottino per pulire la vasca . Piscina bella ma aperta al pubblico esterno all’hotel, con conseguente sovraffollamento . Consiglio di riservare la piscina agli ospiti dell’hotel o almeno assicurarsi di avere abbastanza lettini e ombrelloni per gli ospiti dell’hotel. Sarebbe inoltre auspicabile una terrazza dove poter appendere costumi e asciugamani bagnati e un parcheggio non a pagamento! Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non soddisfacente .

Camere vecchie, servizio inesistente, colazione scadente , sconsigliato 4 stelle di 100 anni fa con i prezzi di un 4 stelle (costoso) moderno , posizione a 5 minuti dal centro Colazione poco rifornita, le brioches non sono state di mio gradimento

Pool war noch nicht eingelassen... (in den Nachbarhotels jedoch schon). Winzige Lobby und selten jemand an der Rezeption. Schäbiges Zimmer (z.B. Dunkelvorhänge kaputt d.h. früh Aufwachen; dünne Wände d.h. schwer Einschlafen). Bei der Bar im EG wurde geraucht... Rauch zog bis vor meine Hotelzimmertüre im ersten Stock...
