Positive Points: • Location: The hotel is well-located • Room: The family suite room was spacious (Surprisingly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle) Negative Points: • Accessibility: This hotel is not kid-friendly. The absence of ramps made it extremely difficult to maneuver a stroller, requiring two people to lift it every time we needed to enter or exit the hotel. Although there is a wheelchair lift, we were unable to use it. • Playroom: The playroom on the lower level was disappointing as the wooden toys were not meant to be touched. • Restaurant: Strollers are not allowed in the restaurant, which is inconvenient for families. Dinner was a cumbersome experience, taking at least 1.5 hours and required selection the evening before. While the food was tasty, we frequently encountered expired vegetables on the buffet. • Language Barrier: The menu was not translated into English, and most of the staff did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. • Staff: The staff was generally indifferent. The lady with glasses at the reception, who also manages a five-star hotel in the mountains, was particularly arrogant. • Common Areas: The hotel lobby was uncomfortably cold, a stark contrast to the hot weather outside, making it easy to catch a cold. • Pool Area: There is no shade by the pool, which is not ideal for relaxation. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star rating. Families with children should definitely avoid this place! It’s not worth the money!
