Ci sono mezz’ora e sono scappato. Ho avvisato alle 9 che sarei arrivato alle ore 13 per pranzo, alle 13:15 avevo scelto le portate sulla carta, il cuoco mi hanno riferito che fosse un tipo nervoso ha rifiutato di cucinarmi. reception inutile

Siamo stati in questo posto 4 giorni .....sembra un ospedale in bianco altro che un albergo...sporco...fredo....e a partire dalla recepcion molto antipatici e la cucina da paura tutto pieno di olio e niente con gusto.... ma io mi chiedo se sapete cosa vuol dire 4 STELE......secondo me dovrebero metere 2 stele ....le signore dalla recepcion quando sentono le lamentele fano una facia come che sono sorprese di quello che sentono ....e neanche si interesano di dire almeno mi dispiace ...decisamente e da restructurare tutto e di cambiare il cuoco ....lunica cosa positiva era il signore del bar ...con suo bell soriso ti faceva dimenticare tutto il resto ....mi dispiace ma l.ho sconsiglio proprio .e meglio alloggiare in una residence e mangiare fuori che andare in un posto del genere.......non torneremo mai più.....

Allora diamo stati in agosto prenotato appartamento con un costo decisamente elevato e abbiamo cucinato in quanto una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare a casa . Secondo loro abbiamo sporcati un muro nemmeno un metro di muro . Abbiamo pulito e anche la signora delle pulizie ha visto che era pulito. Morale ci hanno addebitato 150 di pulizie extra. Ora allego la foto dei piedi di mio marito che parlano da soli ... mi spiace molto ma dopo aver speso per cinque gg una cifra importante posso dire che non ci torneremo più solo per il comportamento. Consiglio di far pulire i pavimenti... perché noi non abbiamo detto nulla pagato tutto senza fare discussioni ma altri potrebbero far notare.

Gute Lage zu Strand und Einkaufsstraße, Handtücher wurden regelmaessig getauscht, keine unhygienische Teppichböden wie in anderen Hotels, gute Matratzen. Jedoch : Poolumrandung für Kinder riskant da manche Plastikelemente des Überlauf Beckens scharfkantig abgebrochen sind, keine Poolbar und das enttäuschenste : teilweise schmutziges Geschirr, va Tassen und Gläser sowie ein dürftiges Frühstück mit nur halb aufgetauten Pancakes. Abendessen nicht akzeptabel, geschmacklos und einfallslos. Wir konnten es zum Glück nach dem ersten Abend für den Rest des Aufenthalts stornieren, da wir direkt gebucht hatten. Preislich war es ok - Kategorie aber definitiv 3*

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella camera Confort. Era molto piccola: da una parte del letto non si riusciva nemmeno a scendere, perché il letto era staccato dal muro solo 20 cm. Inoltre per andare in bagno c'era un gradino che creava un gran disagio. La finestra del bagno aveva solo la tenda, niente tapparella o vetro oscurato. La cucina aveva portate di pesce surgelato

Una vacanza cosi da incubo non l'ho mai fatta cominciamo con la camera pulita solo il giorno dell'arrivo poi mai neanche un colpo di scopa ho prenotato 4 camere in una addirittura c'era un lenzuolo sporco di sangue mai cambiato per 5 giorni e addirittura in una le formiche 🐜 mai spazzate per tutta la durata della vacanza ma la cosa peggiore sono il personale di sala con il suo presunto metre ha mezzogiorno non faceva il buffet perché eravamo solo noi a mangiare ma il buffet della sera e stato quello che e durato tutta la vacanza e poi la specialità del cuoco spaghetti al pomodoro pietanze che gli hotel a 2 stelle non li presentano neanche ma sia a pranzo che a cena sempre uguale fino a l'ultima sera che il cosiddetto metre ha chiuso la sala 15 minuti prima e noi 10 persone siamo rimasti senza cena comunque l'hotel non a preso provvedimenti e adesso mi spiego perché tutti prenotano solo il pernottamento e un'altra cosa mi chiedo come e sopratutto chi a assegnato 4 stelle a questo hotel
