Hot spring Hotels in Lijiang

The hotel is a bit old but that’s ok. The facilities are quite lacking. Lots of services are independent supplier like the hot water ( we had to wait 60 minutes after first shower) the spa is also independent. Not necessarily bad but not used to it.

The room is very small and I can't turn around. The view from the terrace is also average. It's far from the lake and is blocked by big trees. The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel package came with a nice local buffet breakfast and a welcome high tea for two shown in the attached photo. The room is serviced with Xiao Tu, a cute AI app similar to Siri that will help to make calls for you, have several settings to draw the day and night curtains, and manage the lights etc. You can ask about the weather, the latest news, and even crack jokes. Quite entertaining. They allow late checkout, too. Really value for money.
