設施：25年新裝修，設施較新、齊全、智能，排風給力。稍有氣味。
服務：前台服務到位，有問必答。免費送洗衣服；房間帶餐的話，是提供自助早餐、午餐和夜宵。
環境：位於古城區政府對面，離古城大水車走路10分鐘。酒店頂樓有休閑場地，能看到雪山主峯（可惜八月基本無雪）。
衞生：客房打掃乾淨，有加被子等需求一應滿足。

一開始訂酒店的時候就擔心價格這麼實惠，會不會有問題，住進去後發現真的很不錯。服務好，環境好，品質也很好。最近是雲南吃野生菌的日子，吃早餐的時候看到酒店員工在講吃香菇，就問了一下，説是專門的員工餐。還很熱情的邀請我吃了一點，非常不錯。走路10分鐘就到古城了，很滿意的一次入住，已經推薦給朋友，以後會再選擇。

房間很乾凈整潔，服務態度也超讚，難得遇到服務意識這麼強的酒店，離店還幫忙把行李託到路邊，裝修的時尚大氣，離古城很近，出行也方便。鬧中取靜，早餐也很豐富，一定會推薦給來麗江的朋友

酒店硬件軟件都非常棒，房間挺大的，還有小童小帳篷，服務也非常好，尤其是前台，對於客人的訴求應對積極，服務熱情。連續住了兩天，期間能夠及時打掃整理房間，更換消耗品，一天可以免費洗烘六件衣服，很貼心。酒店的天台也很美，天氣好的時候閑坐很舒服。

本次麗江行對比了多家酒店，訂下這酒店，到店後看的房間，沒想到酒店的設施和服務出乎意料的好，對標四星酒店的配置，房間裝修時尚，床品質量高，前台服務真的好，笑容甜，服務周到，包早餐👍毫不猶豫繼續多訂一晚，樓頂還有花園可以逛逛，大堂還有茶室免費喝茶，強烈推薦！

新酒店，房間非常乾淨，角落都是一塵不染的，床墊枕頭都非常舒服。
前台小姐姐們都很温柔，也很細心，等車的時候給我們喝茶，走的時候還主動幫拿行李。
每天可以免費洗6件衣服，填好洗衣卡就可以，都是阿姨上門收，洗好烘乾又送回房間。
早餐夜宵的米線也很好吃。頂樓還可以看雪山。
總之，非常滿意，下次來麗江還會選擇這裏住。
