The room is so small that there is no space to put the suitcase on the ground and open it. If the hand-washing faucet in the bathroom is turned on to the maximum, the hand-washing water will splash all over the body! There are no tables, chairs, or a place to dry clothes in the room! The door does not have a separate internal lock! Very unsafe! The sound insulation of wooden structure rooms is generally understandable! The reception service is very good. The overall feeling is very average.

我媽媽在**上看到你們名宿的宣傳，我也沒多想，給她就定了這個酒店。在大理的時候因為行程問題有變，和他們打電話溝通，看能協調的把房間推遲一天，他們電話裏口氣很囂張，不來也要扣一半的房費。真是讓我覺得店大欺客。你們**上的好評，都是刷出來的嗎？好好把服務提升一下在做客棧吧。麗江那麼多住的地方，不是你們這樣的待客之道，真是很失望。大老遠來了從山西來的，真的給我一下印象特別不好。院子裏的植物，花很多。房間內部很擁擠，放皮箱都很難。看到這個內部環境已經很舊了。不管是總店還是分店，大家都可以進去看看他們家房間內部。節假日高峯期，房價一晚上七百多，平常一二百的房子。真是感覺不值當。不可取消這個條約，大家都要看清楚。勸退勸退，怪不得評分低，是有原因的
