作為一家連鎖酒店，從設施到服務都很棒，離麗江古城、黑龍潭公園很近，步行5分鐘均可達，周邊餐館也很多，雲南酸菜牛肉火鍋、菌菇火鍋、各種米線一應俱全；送下午茶、有地下停車場，下次若來來會住這家。

這次換成雙床房，1.65+1.35非常適合一家三口住。酒店裡服務非常好。早餐也非常豐盛。購了不少土特產給家人朋友，聯繫直接就委託前台代辦了，非常感謝。退房後忘了充電耳機，酒店主動聯繫打電話給寄回家。麗江的這家酒店服務超過五星級。

早餐特別好吃，服務特別周到，接機接站很及時，有安靜的書吧小朋友可以每天做作業，健身房跑步機正對玉龍雪山，早起跑步就可以看日照金山，很治癒。每天都提供瓶裝飲用水，送了好多茶點，鮮花餅，水果，玫瑰茶，古樹茶，酸奶，麗江這家開臣值得推薦，小朋友特別喜歡。

酒店位置離古城步行五分鐘非常便利周邊吃飯選擇多服務很好很貼心。早餐每天都會變換蔬菜很好👍但是甜點一直沒有變化就是那幾樣希望以後可有些改進。整體都是不錯的下次還會選擇這家酒店。

The hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near to 丽江古镇. We love the bathrobes and the slippers. They are very comfortable and high quality. We decided to purchase the bathrobe which cost 198rmb and they arranged for our order to be delivered to the hotel in Kunming. Love this hotel and their service.
