Full marks! The hotel environment is excellent, close to attractions, and the breakfast is plentiful. They also have a cafe and a laundry room. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment is beautiful and lovely, and they offer afternoon tea. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the ancient city. The front desk lady provided excellent service. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Recommended accommodation near the ancient city. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Big Waterwheel. You can have food delivered by a robot. The hotel environment is also good, and the room layout is quite comfortable. The front desk also offers tea.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area, only a 200-meter walk to Hongtai Square. The hotel is very clean, and they even upgraded our room for free. It was super convenient to walk back to the hotel after exploring the ancient town in the evening.

Xiao Zi and Xiao Yi were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good, and the lobby bar was a nice spot.

The service at Kaichen Hotel is excellent. Before arriving, I wanted to change my king room to a twin room due to some reasons, and the hotel promptly accommodated my request over the phone. Upon arrival, as the room wasn't ready, the front desk proactively offered afternoon tea. Inside the room, they had also prepared Yunnan's special flower cakes, making us first-time visitors to Lijiang feel right at home. The room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was delicious, especially the rice noodles, which were rich in ingredients and flavorful! They even gave us a souvenir when we left. I will definitely choose Kaichen Hotel again next time I visit Lijiang.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times I've been very satisfied. The room design is open and airy, the furnishings are minimalist, and the natural light is excellent. The smart home features are fantastic, with voice control for the lights and curtains, combining both aesthetics and practicality. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to relax and enjoy the views, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
