This was the most comfortable stay of my LiJiang trip. The staff Qian Xi & reception were very warm, attentive, and made me feel at home. The location is convenient, and the environment at night is peaceful and quiet. What I loved most were the two adorable kitten Dudu & Tuanzi — spending the evening in the courtyard playing with them was truly healing. The afternoon tea was beautifully prepared, and the hotel also provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service. I’ll definitely come back here again the next time I visit Lijiang.

Absolutely amazing stay. Room was super clean and the decorations had a very nice vibe. Staff were very kind to help us carry our luggages up the stairs because there’s no lift in the hotel. The afternoon and evening snacks were very unique and tasty and really nice to take pictures of. Staff would even suggest places for you to go by sending you location points and helping you get a driver for any further trips. The overall vibe of the staff there was nice and inviting and I would definitely recommend everyone going to book here.

Although I read alot of good reviews of this hotel before I booked it, the services we received way exceeded our expectation. Xiao Deng was really fantastic. He really went all way out to ensure we had a good time. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is super convenient. We would return to this hotel if we do go back to Lijiang.

You'll have a butler assigned to you who will help with all your needs. Qianxi was extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate. There is afternoon tea time and dinner relax time every day, where guests can enjoy on the first level, completely complimentary. Room is spacious, clean, with all your needed amenities provided. There is even a complimentary tour of the ancient city (located very near the hotel). Overall a very pleasant stay, and will definitely come back here if I am visiting Lijiang again.

The staffs are very attentive and helpful, kind, the breakfast is delicious. Another impressive thing is the clean room, the room preparation service to make sleep comfortable. My room is comfortable for my family and very convenient to walk around the bustling old town. The location is good, near the old town but quiet, you can walk to the flower garden behind nearby. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful garden. The impressive afternoon tea with delicious rose cake with Pu'er tea helps improve the stomach system. Importantly, the soup before bed with fruit wine makes me sleep well. The hotel prepared activities for me to enjoy, but with my travel plans, I was quite full, so I couldn't spend time at the hotel during other activities. But I have to thank the warm and impressive welcome, especially 千禧, the hotel's housekeeper who helped us with sincerity.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed, and we really appreciated the personalized service throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed — a beautiful living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. The stunning view of Yulong Mountain bathed in morning sunlight, along with the colorful Ancient City glowing at night, made our stay even more special. Everything—from the warm smiles to the thoughtful touches like the in-house snacks, candle-making, and tea sessions—made our trip unforgettable. We had a fantastic time! 李海was our personal concierge and he provided excellent service throughout our 4 day stay. The hotel was located within 5min walk from the old town, and very well furnished. They also provided complimentary tea service all day, so we tried 3 types of Puer tea during our stay. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Lijiang.
