The Unbound Collection by Hyatt properties in Lijiang

Had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's setting is beautiful, like a picturesque garden, very atmospheric. The service was excellent, really top-notch these days. The spa was incredibly relaxing – just what I needed after a day of hiking. The garden looked so dreamy in the rain, and the view from the lakeside was stunning. The room was spacious, and the balcony was a good size too. It was really well-equipped; they even had a Laifen hairdryer, a humidifier, and a coffee machine. The breakfast restaurant had a great ambiance with a wide variety of dishes, and the bread was super soft. The heated pool was also a big plus; it was still warm and comfortable even on a rainy evening. They also have lots of cute animals like black swans, alpacas, and goats, which were very entertaining. Christina at the front desk was so warm and polite. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!
