Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls.
Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage.
And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅
