My biotin and collagen shampoo which I brought from Colombia was stolen from my room. When I spoke to the owner the following, she called her staff and it was confirmed they saw me using this bottle , and even with that, she said I need to take better care of my belongings. She refused to make me whole or take responsibility.

The location was great and the facilities were clean, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The female staff was fluent in English, which was very helpful.

On the second day in Lima, we switched to this hostel. The location was good, for us who like to walk around the streets. It is about 3 kilometers to walk to the main attractions in the city. Overall good value for money.

Positives: On foot you can go to the mall, exchange offices, parks and squares. By car, it is close to the bus station. Very comfortable bed Negatives: Small place, modest breakfast, conflicting information. In my case: I booked 2 nights, stayed 1 night and warned in advance that I wouldn't stay in the room on the second day as a friend would be checking in to a single room. In the end I had to pay for my two nights and the single room. Furthermore, the information was given that I could do this and then I was charged.

Rooms are very noisy and thin, very small and have no windows, dirty bed. Unfortunately, the hostel is completely overpriced. I don't recommend it. Only the location is OK, the tourist center can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.

Sucio. Las habitaciones huelen mal por la falta de higiene. Todavía no he visto cambiar las sábanas en ninguna habitación. Llevo viajando unos once años y es el peor hostel. El trato de la chica joven, muy bien pero la que llega por la mañana tiene mal carácter.
