I stayed at this hotel for one day and one night with my husband. The room cost 120 USD. For the price I thought the room would be spectacular. It was spacious, had three areas (bathroom, bedroom and living room) the room is fine, but you don't pay 120 dollars for a "good" room. The walls were dirty, with stains everywhere and dust, there was no wall that didn't have dust (Apparently it is poorly cleaned) the bathroom, the tub was all discolored, with limescale stains and a horrible smell came out of the hydromassage tubes. In addition, it seems that they fixed some of the bathroom tiles and put tiles of a different color (as if it were a patch, it looked horrible) and the toilet didn't work, I had to take off the toilet lid to let the water through. I wonder if a 4 star hotel is like this, because the 3 star hotels I went to were not disastrous like this. The buffet breakfast service was also "okay" everything was cold, dry and burnt, but the taste was average. On the other hand, the positive thing was that we liked the complimentary sweets that they gave us for staying and above all the treatment of the staff was very good, kind, respectful, always with a smile. In my conclusion the hotel is old, if it is 4 stars it is because it offers the services of spa, restaurant and its ****** (which when I went was closed, according to their statement it is a permanent closure)

Un muy cómodo hotel con una ubicación adecuada. Debo destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, en todo momento. La habitación que me asignaron era muy amplia y cómoda. La cama era king. Quizás las almohadas podrían mejorar un poco pero nada grave. El baño era amplio, con bañera y agarraderas para entrar y salir sin peligro. Agua bien caliente y a presión adecuada. El desayuno buffette es correcto, sin ser exuberante. El café era muy bueno. Recomiendo para una estadía por negocios o turismo en Lima.
