The bed wasn't made as I told the receptionist. It may be because of my language skills.
But everyone was friendly.
They also made takeaway breakfast for me.

We stayed here for several days on our last trip to Peru and were truly disappointed. The hotel itself is falling apart, and no one cares in the slightest, just like most of the old buildings in downtown Lima. The furniture must be from the 1940s. If you choose rooms facing the street, you'll be guaranteed to be noisy for most of the day. The interior rooms only have a small window above the door that opens onto an interior courtyard. There's no ventilation, and as I said, everything is falling apart. The only positive thing to mention is the location, as it's right next to the Plaza de Armas. By the way, don't look in the surrounding hostels, because you'll find more of the same, as we found out.
