Thanks for such fanstastic, friendly service 24/7, begining from brteakfast and finishing dinner delivery to room. So clean rooms, comfortable bed and haul service you can say create so homely atmosphere thanks guys for yours efforts and such service. My vacation in Lima was unforgetable.

Actually I would like to start from the day we contact directly Miss. NAOMI of Roosevelt Hotel in Lima Peru. Very professional and friendly comunication. We received a very good quality service we the exactly answers we were expecting. We got there after a long overseas trip and Miss Naomi was at the Reception welcoming us and offer us the Hotel service. Good service from all the employees Good Restaurant and good food, we have to appreciate Mr.Kevin at the restaurant as one of the guy that make the difference in a service business. Price wise we can say that we will reccomend Roosevelt Hotel Lima to friends as eventhough it is not rated 5 ***** the employees are for us a top class trained personnel. Between 1 to 10 in a general contest we can prize The hotel Roosvelt an easy 9 . Thank you guys to have made our stay in Roosevelt Hotel a pleasant one To our next Regards

I stay at the Roosevelt once or twice a year when I visit family in Lima. This hotel is a real find. It is by no means a luxury hotel but it is clean, comfortable, moderately priced, and has the nicest, most accommodating staff you will find anywhere. You'll see less guests from the US, and more from Canada, Europe and South America. The Roosevelt is located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood. You can walk to coffee shops, book stores, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and really any kind of shopping or service you might need. The rooms are a bit spartan but the beds are very comfortable and closet space and drawers are sufficient. The A/C works and is easy to control. All rooms have ample outlets, Wi-Fi, and a nice view of the neighborhood. The bathroom fixtures are dated, but there is always hot water and enough towels. I like that the bathrooms have lots of counter space. If you book through the hotel, your rate will probably include breakfast at the attached restaurant. You can order fruit, granola, French toast (delicious!), breads, eggs, expresso, and more. As much as you want! If you have any issue at all, the staff will do everything they can to help you.

This hotel takes you back to the early 1990s. They have not spent much money updating or refreshing the decor. The place is clean and extremely well located. Its saving grace is the Franklin Restaurant adjacent to the tiny lobby. There they serve a limited a la carte menu free for guests. The offerings are good and tasty. A lot of locals frequent it. Regarding the hospitality part, the hotel urgently needs to invest in IT. They still use paper logs for everything starting with wake up calls. The in-room electronics are dated. The desk is awkward. Everything looks and feels old yet clean. We requested one hour late check out and were told it was OK the night before we left, but since there is limited IT, the next day staff was not aware. Luckily they agreed. Someone tried to charge us for drinks using our room number and an invented signature which did not look anything like ours. The front desk attendant wanted to charge us but finally the manager realized that was wrong as the room number was written using a very different handwriting to ours and the slip did not even have our name.
