Lovely and charming apartment with a beautiful garden outdoorplace. Very clean, quiet and cozy. Everything worked perfectly and it dosent miss anything. Evigina is an exellent friendly host and answered all questions fast. Buses goes there.

Unique traditional -once family home-renovated sympathetically .With a rustic but comfortable setting. Peaceful environment, taking you back to a time. Kettle/ Tea/Coffee/A.C/ Heating/ Fridge/ Toaster. Laundry and ironing service available at extra cost.. all rooms have private bathrooms and all overlook or walk out onto the pretty enclosed and locked courtyard giving you a sense of security. Parking is nearby 1 minute walk away. Limassol 5-10 min drive. Bus service also available. Bakeries and Supermarkets nearby for all your needs. An excellent base for short stays or longer .

We stayed in Nikkis house in March and we had a lovely welcome from the host Evegenia who came to meet us as we had taken a wrong turning. Our studio apartment was spacious and warm and well equipped and tge courtyard garden was delightful. The host and her husband and the staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and they were readily available If required even though they don't live on site. Evevgia goes above and beyond she gave us home made cake and coffee if we were in our apartment while they were caring for the garden and apartment she even did some laundry fir us. The apartment is within a traditional house and there is a supermarket and another small shop within 3 minutes walk. We ate at pinkie in the municipal Square about 10 minutes walk away and the food was very good as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending Nikkis house as a base for visiting Cyprus the main coast motorway is only minutes drive away and makes visiting the rest of the Island easily accessible.

Excellent reviews confirmed. Beautiful structure obtained from a careful restoration of old stone houses, in a still ancient neighborhood. In the courtyard and very well-kept garden. An oasis of peace in the busy city of Limassol. Spacious fully equipped bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and well-kept. Thank you

Apartment furnished with taste and managed with love by the owners who personally take care of it. All the apartments overlook a delightful internal courtyard where you can comfortably have breakfast or relax in the evening because it is equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and multiple plants and a large central palm tree. We were provided with everything we needed for a hot drink such as tea, Nescafe and Cypriot coffee and even a basket of fruit. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Advised
